How do I change an item from available to unavailable on a customer’s registry?

To change an item from available to unavailable, go to Customer Support in your Partner Dashboard. To get to Customer Support, click the headphones icon in the left navigation menu. Search the registrant’s first and last name, then click Details/Edit Info to the right of the search result. Next, click Gift List, find the appropriate product, and click Edit. Finally, click Mark as unavailable, then Yes.
