There are two ways you can mark an item as purchased on a customer’s gift registry. You can simply go to their registry, find the gift, and click I bought this gift already as a customer would. Or, you can go to Customer Support in your Partner Dashboard. To get to Customer Support, click the headphones icon in the left navigation menu. Search the registrant’s first and last name, then click Details/Edit Info to the right of the search result. Next, click Gift List, find the appropriate product, and click Edit. Finally, click Mark as purchased, fill in the purchaser details, then click Save
